United States Digital Space LLC in Austin, TX seeks a visionary VP to lead the CF1 GTM, owning global strategy, revenue, and P&L for a high-growth security platform.

You will build a world-class team, align product, partnerships, and field execution, and drive adoption of AI-native security solutions across enterprises, shaping the next era of secure, scalable Internet infrastructure for customers ranging from SMBs to Fortune 500.

Qualifications

• Enterprise Builder: 15+ years leading large‑scale enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity businesses, ideally with prior GM or P&L ownership experience.
• Strategic Visionary: Deep understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and cloud ecosystems - including SASE, Zero Trust, SD‑WAN, and network security.
• Partner-First Leader: Proven record of building and scaling partner‑led GTM models and ecosystem-driven growth strategies.
• Competitive Depth: Track record of winning against entrenched security incumbents in enterprise accounts, with specific fluency in the SASE competitive landscape.
• AI Market Fluency: Working understanding of how enterprises are deploying AI infrastructure and the security, connectivity, and observability requirements that it creates.
• Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to design and execute rigorous operating frameworks that drive sustained, measurable growth.
• Inspirational Leadership: Known for building high‑performance global teams and cultivating cultures of excellence, collaboration, and inclusion.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; comfortable engaging with customers, analysts, boards, and global audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and Scale the Business: Act as the general manager of the CF1 unit, with full accountability for global GTM strategy, execution, and P&L performance.
• Define the Market Strategy: Craft and execute a bold, differentiated strategy to establish the company as the world’s leading SASE and Zero Trust platform.
• Build a World-Class Leadership Team: Recruit, develop, and lead a global organization across sales, solution engineering, success, operations, and GTM strategy.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Establish and manage a high-velocity operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs, and executive reporting.
• Champion the Partner-First Motion: Drive growth through deep collaboration with the company’s partner ecosystem.
• Be the Voice of the Field: Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
• Lead the AI Security Motion: Own the company's GTM for AI-native enterprises and drive adoption of AI Gateway and DLP.
• Evangelize the Vision: Represent the company One as an executive spokesperson at customers, partners, analysts, and events.
