Cloudflare is seeking a visionary VP, CF1 GTM to lead the CF1 business globally, owning GTM strategy, execution, and P&L. Build a world-class team and partner ecosystem to accelerate Cloudflare One adoption while shaping the future of Zero Trust and AI security.

The role requires 15+ years in enterprise SaaS/cybersecurity, strong leadership, and outstanding communication with customers, analysts, boards, and executives worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity businesses with GM or P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and cloud ecosystems including SASE and Zero Trust.
• Proven record of building and scaling partner-led GTM models and ecosystem growth.
• Track record of winning against entrenched security incumbents in enterprise accounts.
• Working understanding of AI infrastructure and security implications for enterprises.
• Design and execution of rigorous operating frameworks that drive growth.
• History of leading global high-performance teams with a culture of excellence.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling; comfortable with customers, analysts, boards.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the Cloudflare One business unit with global GTM strategy, execution, and P&L.
• Define a bold market strategy to position Cloudflare as a leading SASE/Zero Trust platform.
• Recruit and lead a global organization across sales, solution engineering, success, and operations.
• Establish a high-velocity operating cadence with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Drive growth through a partner-first motion with ecosystem partners and system integrators.
• Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable product and engineering insights.
• Lead the AI security motion for AI-native enterprises and drive adoption of key offerings.
• Represent Cloudflare One to customers, analysts, and industry events as an executive spokesperson.
