Job summary

Security Service Federal Credit Union is seeking a seasoned leader to direct the Card Operations team in San Antonio, overseeing debit/credit card servicing and disputes. You will shape the card strategy, drive improvements, and ensure timely, compliant operations across multiple departments and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or comparable experience.
• Minimum of ten years of Card-related experience and/or comparable experience.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily management of the Card Operations team, including debit and credit card servicing and disputes management.
• Leads development and execution of the Card strategy and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Implements reporting, tracking, and logging for work queue management, problem resolution, and auditing.
• Meets deadlines and ensures compliance with guidelines, regulations, and organizational values.
• Manages vendor relationships for card branding, processing, and rewards management.
