OnPath FCU in Metairie, LA is seeking a Card Services Manager to lead the debit and credit card programs and oversee the Card Services Department. The role focuses on staff leadership, program administration, vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Five to seven years of card services/electronic payments experience with at least three years of leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of debit and credit card operations, disputes, fraud, compliance, vendor management, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Card Services team with performance management and career development.
Oversee card programs from issuance to maintenance and ongoing administration.
Manage dispute operations across debit, credit, ATM, and ACH where applicable.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain internal controls for audits.
Manage vendor relationships and system upgrades with service level adherence.
Develop and improve departmental procedures, workflows, and dashboards.
Resolve complex member issues relating to card services, disputes, and fraud.
