Job summary

OnPath FCU in New Orleans, LA seeks a Card Services Manager to provide leadership and strategic oversight for the credit union's debit and credit card programs. You will supervise staff, manage card operations, disputes, fraud mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on improving member experience through program enhancements, vendor management, process improvements, and KPI tracking while ensuring audit readiness and adherence to Regulations E and Z.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in card services/electronic payments with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of debit/credit card operations, disputes, fraud, compliance, vendor management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Card Services team with coaching and performance evaluations.
• Set departmental goals, metrics, and service standards aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee debit/credit card programs from issuance to maintenance and program administration.
• Manage dispute systems, monitor fraud trends, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and system upgrades; monitor SLAs and performance.
• Develop procedures, workflows, and dashboards; identify automation opportunities.
• Resolve complex member issues related to cards and payment transactions.
