Community First Credit Union seeks a Card Services Manager to oversee daily card operations including credit/debit cards, ATM, and gift cards. You will lead a team, manage vendor relations, and drive performance reporting and process improvements to enhance member experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in progressive roles within Member Service Operations: card programs, digital banking, or financial services.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, mobile payments, and new payment technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate.
• High level of member service orientation, business acumen, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to interact effectively with management, staff, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication demonstrated by clear memos, docs and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Card Services team to deliver excellent member service.
• Set objectives and performance goals aligned with department priorities.
• Coordinate information and engage vendors to identify inefficiencies and mitigate risks.
• Maintain open communication across the organization and with leadership.
• Oversee card breach responses with Fraud and Risk teams and monitor fraud rules.
• Plan development for Cards programs, services, and integrations; stay ahead of industry trends.
• Update policies and procedures; propose improvements.
• Resolve escalated card-related issues with root-cause analysis and actionable feedback.
• Build cross-functional relationships across all credit union lines of business.
• Monitor service quality with benchmarks to measure efficiency and technology leverage.
• Develop reporting to understand member behavior in relation to card programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and assist audits as needed.
• Collaborate to improve member experience in card and ATM programs.
• Apply sound financial judgment and risk management to card programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
