Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, CS, Management, Construction or related field.
- Minimum 10 years leading business transformation and related areas; 5+ years in management.
- Strong analytical, PM, change management, analytics, and integration tooling experience.
Responsibilities
- Strategic enabler of business growth; transform needs into scalable tech solutions and select tools for scale.
- Lead technology resources; deliver project plans, testing, issues resolution, and budgets.
- Analyze workflows; consolidate tools to streamline operations and improve processes.
- Lead data reporting; provide dashboards and insights for strategic decisions and customers.
