Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) seeks a strategic Vice President of Information Technology to lead the company’s technology roadmap, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, data analytics, and IT service delivery across the globe. This role reports to the COO and collaborates with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to enable scalable growth.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of IT leadership for manufacturing or similar sectors, strong ERP/SAP Public Cloud expertise,

Qualifications

15+ years IT leadership experience in manufacturing or similar sectors.
7+ years leading enterprise technology teams.
Strong ERP experience with SAP Public Cloud.
Experience with cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics and AI strategy.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Develop an enterprise technology strategy aligned with business goals and growth.
Lead digital transformation including ERP optimization and analytics initiatives.
Own SAP Public Cloud governance and related applications across finance, procurement, and operations.
Drive manufacturing systems integration and OT-IT alignment.
Establish data governance and analytics capabilities for leadership decision-making.
Oversee cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.
Manage IT infrastructure, security, and vendor relationships.
Lead a global IT organization with clear objectives and career progression.
Develop and manage technology budgets and investment governance.
