Job summary

IB Abel is seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Technology & Transformation to drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives that modernize business systems and improve operations. The role combines business acumen with hands-on technical leadership across applications development, systems integration, workflow automation, and business intelligence.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management, Construction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading business transformation, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with ERP, AI tools and application development (e.g., ViewPoint Vista, Tenna, Time Tracking systems).
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• MBA, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and project lifecycle preferred.
• Familiarity with mobile field data collection tools.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
