Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Vice President, Business Development for its Services unit. You will identify and secure opportunities with new and existing customers, building long-term relationships grounded in trust and integrity.

The role may be based in Scottsdale, AZ or remote within the United States, and requires 25–50% travel to meet business objectives. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in the power and utility-scale renewables industry.
• Experience identifying, prioritizing and selling value-based solutions.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand Solar and BESS Services markets to prioritize opportunities.
• Lead organic sales growth by building new and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with customers to develop maintenance and service solutions for solar and BESS assets.
• Apply market feedback to improve sales processes and services offerings.
• Lead deal negotiations and contracting leveraging internal capabilities.
• Partner with DEPCOM BD resources to optimize customer value and promote One Source Solution.
• Develop value-based proposals aligned with DEPCOM's capabilities and customer outcomes.
• Represent DEPCOM at customer engagements and industry events.
