Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc., a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Vice President, Business Development for its Services Business Unit. The role can be based in Scottsdale, AZ or remotely within the U.S.

and requires 25–50% travel to achieve business objectives. You will drive growth in solar and BESS services, build long-term client relationships founded on trust, lead negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver DEPCOM's One Source Solution.

Qualifications

• Experience in power and utility-scale renewables.
• Experience with O&M, repower, restoration or related services via OEM/EPC/subcontracting.
• Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and sell value-based solutions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Understand Solar and BESS services markets to prioritize opportunities aligned with strategic plans (O&M, Repowering, Restoration, etc.).
• Lead organic growth by building relationships with new customers and expanding existing ones.
• Collaborate with customers to define needs and develop maintenance/service solutions for assets—promoting long-term partnerships.
• Apply lessons learned and market feedback to improve the sales process and services offerings.
• Lead deal negotiations and contracting leveraging internal capabilities and SMEs.
• Partner with other DEPCOM Business Development resources to optimize the customer value and promote DEPCOM's One Source Solution.
• Develop value-based proposals aligning DEPCOM's capabilities with customer outcomes.
• Participate in customer engagements and industry events to build confidence in DEPCOM's capabilities.
