Jimmy Jazz is seeking a Vice President - Business Banker to develop and expand commercial banking relationships by selling Business Banking products and services. You will connect with potential customers across markets while serving the Fox Valley area.

Under the direction of the SVP, Business & Agriculture Banking, you will manage loan and deposit activities, advise clients, and pursue cross-selling opportunities, balancing profitability with regulatory compliance.

Formación

• 3-5 years commercial lending experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to communicate with business customers.
• Knowledge of banking practices and agribusiness.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers.

Responsabilidades

• Support the overall Business Banking objectives of loan and deposit portfolio growth.
• Process loan applications and deposit documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Present loan details to the OLC, GLC, or Board for approvals when needed.
• Enhance profitability by monitoring loans and accounts and cross-selling products.
• Maintain customer connections and develop referral relationships.
• Stay informed about compliance and regulatory updates applicable to business banking.
• Participate in setting goals and implementing policies to maximize sales and retention.
