U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to develop new clients and expand existing relationships. You will connect business owners with lending, treasury, deposits, payments, and credit card solutions, supporting growth while nurturing your own career.

The role emphasizes building a strong COI network, delivering tailored financial solutions, and maintaining credit quality across portfolios. Requires proactive outreach and collaboration with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Experience prospecting companies with revenues > $10 million.
• Proven ability to grow a portfolio through consultative sales.
• Established Centers of Influence network or success building one.

Responsibilities

• Spend 60-70% of time on outside business development and building a book of business.
• Develop, grow, and manage client relationships.
• Build Centers of Influence networks to generate referrals.
• Deliver financial solutions that create long-term client relationships.
• Assess clients' banking needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on deposit, lending, treasury, and other solutions.
• Proactively manage an assigned portfolio with strong credit quality.
• Obtain credit approval within lending limits and structure credit accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
