You will manage an established portfolio while actively prospecting for new loan and deposit opportunities, leading with exceptional service and collaboration with Credit and other bank partners to ensure seamless execution for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of commercial banking or closely related experience.
• Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
• Sourcing new clients through calling and networking.
• Results-oriented with a focus on targets.
• Active community involvement and relationship development.
• Professionalism to work with senior leaders and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients, providing responsive, relationship-focused service.
• Develop and grow profitable commercial banking relationships by delivering exceptional client service and financial solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through additional banking products and services.
• Lead the presentation of loan requests to Credit Officers or Loan Committee.
• Build and manage an active pipeline of qualified commercial prospects.
• Develop new loan and deposit relationships through self-sourced business development and referrals.
• Represent the Bank through community involvement and participation in events.
