SustainableHR is seeking an experienced Business Banking Officer, VP in Middleton, Wisconsin to lead a portfolio of small- to mid-sized business clients. The role focuses on delivering tailored lending, deposit, and cash management solutions while growing client relationships and revenues.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business banking or related financial services, with a proven track record in commercial lending, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business banking, commercial lending, credit analysis, or related financial services.
• Proven ability to grow a portfolio of commercial loans and deposits across industries.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or accounting preferred; equivalent education and relevant professional experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of small- to mid-sized business clients across industries.
• Build long-term client relationships by understanding each business's financial needs, goals, and challenges.
• Serve as primary contact for business clients, addressing questions, financial needs, and opportunities.
• Generate new business and expand existing commercial loan and deposit relationships.
• Recommend banking solutions, including commercial loans, lines of credit, deposits, and cash management.
• Proactively manage portfolio performance while maintaining credit quality and risk standards.
• Develop referral sources and new opportunities through networking and relationship development.
• Collaborate with credit, cash management, operations, and internal partners to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
• Work toward lending, deposit, portfolio growth, and business development goals.
• Ensure banking activities comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
