Qualifications

• 12+ years of media planning and buying experience across digital and traditional media.
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships with knowledgeable, involved clients.
• Strong leadership and team management skills across levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency with media planning tools and data analytics to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary media lead for senior-level client contacts and partnerships.
• Oversee holistic cross-channel media strategies across TV/CTV, social, programmatic, and more.
• Identify opportunities for growth and present new ideas to clients.
• Lead and mentor a lean cross-office team to drive high performance.
• Collaborate to manage annual budgets and track performance with clear trade-offs.
• Partner with Power of One teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Develop client presentations, insights, and strategic updates with clarity.
