Publicis Groupe seeks a VP, Client Management to lead strategic client initiatives and drive growth across Influential’s portfolio. You will oversee a high-performing team, manage client relationships, and ensure deliverables align with business goals while maintaining strong agency partnerships.

The role requires executive-ready communication, margin discipline, and a client-first mindset, with travel and in-office collaboration expected.

Formación

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex agency environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client initiatives with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic client plans and growth initiatives.
• Maintain trusted senior client relationships and oversee day-to-day program delivery.
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-brand content activations.
• Own client communications cadence, including weekly updates and executive QBRs.
• Monitor financials to ensure margin targets and revenue growth.
• Lead and develop the Client Management team in a fast-paced setting.
