Job summary

You will translate business goals into data-driven media solutions and own senior client relationships, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver transformative outcomes.

You will shape integrated media plans, mentor the team, and drive innovation in planning approaches while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in media planning and strategy, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive integrated media strategies and client outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall media strategy and planning approach for assigned accounts.
• Lead development of integrated strategies rooted in insights and objectives.
• Guide decisions on channels, investments, and planning recommendations.
• Oversee annual planning, deliverables, and senior client engagement.
• Mentor and develop the Strategy team, ensuring best practices.
• Collaborate with Activation, Analytics, and Operations to deliver results.
