Publicis Digital Experience in New York is seeking an Executive Vice President, Client Service Leader to steer a $45M client portfolio. You will serve as a senior client partner, practice leader, and enterprise operator, responsible for growth, delivery, and transformation across the portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional teams, deepen executive relationships, advance the commerce and retail media offering, and translate business strategy into disciplined execution with a focus on governance,

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commerce marketing, retail media, shopper marketing, or related field with executive-level client leadership.
• Accountability for a large, complex client portfolio, ideally $45M in annual revenue or scope.
• Deep knowledge of commerce and retail media ecosystems, including retailers, ad tech, eCommerce and omnichannel activation.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, media, data, and operations; transformation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end commercial and operating health of a $45M client portfolio with revenue, margin, forecasting, staffing and risk management.
• Build a portfolio operating rhythm with governance, performance indicators, escalation paths, and cross-disciplinary accountability.
• Lead transformation initiatives including agentic AI adoption with governance, workflow automation, and data-enabled decision making.
