Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Senior Director / Vice President for Autonomous Vehicle & Robotics Operations to own end-to-end delivery, from perception data labeling to remote assistance and incident response, for leading AV and robotics clients. You will set the operating model, build leadership, and be accountable for client outcomes, quality, safety and P&L.

This role requires leading multi-site programs in a 24/7 environment, scaling talent, partnering with Sales and Solutions to expand offerings, and

Qualifications

• Experience leading AV and robotics programs with end-to-end delivery.
• Strong leadership of multi-site, multi-client programs.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, margins, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and P&L for AV/robotics programs across sites and clients.
• Design scalable 24/7 workflows for remote assistance, teleoperation, fleet support, and data tasks.
• Establish safety, incident management, and audit readiness per applicable standards.
• Partner with customers as executive sponsor; shape roadmaps and staffing needs.
• Scale talent by recruiting, training, and certifying remote operators and program managers.
• Embed automation and ML-assisted labeling to improve cost per task and accuracy.
• Expand offerings with cross-functional teams in Sales and Solutions.
