Job summary

TaskUs is hiring in the US (San Antonio, TX) for a Senior Director / VP of Autonomous Vehicle & Robotics Operations to build and lead AV/robotics delivery. You will own end-to-end operations from perception data labeling to remote assistance and incident response, driving safety, scale, and profitability.

Applicants should bring 12+ years in ops leadership, 5+ years in AV/robotics, and a track record of scaling programs across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of operations leadership, incl. 5+ years in autonomous vehicles/robotics.
• Proven record of scaling operations from pilot to commercial deployment.
• P&L ownership of a business $50M+ with pricing and workforce planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and P&L for AV/robotics programs.
• Lead multi-site, multi-client AV and robotics programs with revenue and margin accountability.
• Design scalable, 24/7 workflows for remote assistance, teleoperation, and data operations.
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance across jurisdictions.
