Texas Capital Bank is seeking a VP, Asset Based Lending to drive business development and lead credit analysis for ABL transactions in Dallas and Austin. You will collaborate with commercial banking partners to source opportunities, perform diligence, and guide deal teams to closure.

Ideally you bring 7+ years in asset-based or commercial lending, a business degree, and a strong network. The role offers a full-time onsite opportunity with a robust benefits package in a regional banking leader.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of asset based lending or commercial lending experience.
• Bachelor-level degree in business or related field.
• Formal credit training or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new ABL opportunities through networking, referrals and outreach.
• Lead client and prospect calls with banking partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and referral sources.
