You will manage incidents, drive RCA, and partner with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure system reliability and business resilience.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading highly scalable production platforms.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking domain including payment flows and processing.
• Demonstrated leadership in high-availability, large-scale financial environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of large-scale distributed online banking platforms.
• Lead L2 Production Support for mission-critical applications and 24/7 service availability.
• Drive incident management, real-time coordination, rapid triage and restoration.
• Perform deep root cause analysis and implement long-term preventive solutions.
