Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, Employee Productivity Tooling & AI Enablement, to lead strategy, evaluation, and adoption of productivity technologies across the Home Office population.

The role focuses on AI-powered tools, automation, collaboration platforms, and emerging workplace tech to improve employee effectiveness, simplify work, and create measurable business value. Collaborates with Technology, Operations, Legal, HR, Finance, and other leaders to drive adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in digital transformation, workplace technology, product strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience evaluating, piloting, and scaling enterprise technology solutions with measurable adoption outcomes.
• 3+ years of experience with AI platforms, productivity technologies, collaboration tools, and digital workplace trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for employee productivity, AI enablement, automation, and digital workplace technologies.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend productivity and AI solutions with a clear point of view on adoption across the organization.
• Lead pilots, proof-of-concepts, and experimentation to validate value and adoption potential.
• Design and administer employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to gauge interest and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce executive-ready dashboards and reporting on adoption, ROI, and business outcomes.
