Job summary

LPL Financial seeks a Vice President, Employee Productivity Tooling & AI Enablement, to lead strategy, evaluation, adoption and optimization of productivity technologies across the Home Office. You will shape the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled tools and drive enterprise adoption to deliver measurable value.

In this role you will partner with Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance and business leaders to balance innovation with risk, cost and employee experience while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in digital transformation, workplace technology, product strategy, AI enablement, technology consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience evaluating, piloting, and scaling enterprise technology solutions and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• 3+ years of experience with AI platforms, productivity technologies, collaboration tools, automation solutions, and digital workplace trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for employee productivity, AI enablement, automation, and digital workplace technologies.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend productivity and AI solutions, maintaining a clear point of view on which tools should be adopted, expanded, or retired across the organization.
• Lead pilots, proof-of-concepts, and experimentation efforts to validate business value, adoption potential, and productivity impact.
• Design and administer employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee interest, satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish measurable success criteria, adoption targets, and value realization metrics for all productivity tooling initiatives.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and executive recommendations to support investment decisions and funding requests.
