Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a strategic Vice President to lead the Transformation Office under the Chief Data, AI, and Analytics Office. You will shape the enterprise data and AI strategy, structure transformation programs, and drive high-value product delivery across the organization.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage OKRs and board materials, and accelerate initiatives while collaborating with business units and technology teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in data, AI, strategy consulting, and/or wealth management.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives independently and provide a clear point of view.
• Strong communication and executive presence, with experience preparing board-level materials.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
• A bias for action, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel and engage deeply with teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Structure: Partner with senior leaders to refine and evolve the data and AI strategy across the firm.
• Program Governance: Establish and maintain reporting cadences, OKRs, and board-level documentation for transformation initiatives.
• Business Case Development: Lead the creation of business cases for new data and AI products and capabilities.
• Cross-functional Engagement: Collaborate across business units and technology teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Change Management: Identify and support change management needs tied to transformation efforts.
• Initiative Acceleration: Proactively identify opportunities to accelerate impact and remove barriers to execution.
