Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President, AI Platform, to own the services that enable registering AI, connecting approved models, tools and data, operating products in production, and maintaining platform visibility. Set the product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and operating measures for the platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with ownership of a shared platform or enterprise technical capability.
• Experience owning product strategy, delivery, adoption, and production performance.
• Technical fluency in APIs, gateways, identity and authorization, cloud and data architecture, distributed systems and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the shared AI platform.
• Maintain registries for agents, tools, models, prompts, MCP servers, and A2A workflows.
• Provide processes for registration, testing, certification, launch, monitoring, and retirement.
• Manage runtime services for routing, access control, policy enforcement, and privacy.
• Establish data permissions, memory management, and deletion policies.
• Provide production monitoring, drift detection, and observability across models and data.
