Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Strategic Change Leader for Offshore Delivery Strategy and AI Testing – Vice President in Purchase, NY. You will lead modernization of processes and technology solutions across onshore and offshore teams, enabling AI-enabled workflows and scalable testing.

You will build governance, manage cross-time zone collaboration, and deliver performance updates to leadership while fostering a culture of bold thinking and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 9.5+ years of relevant experience across work and higher education.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Familiarity with change management and governance structures in large matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of SLDC and product management software such as JIRA.
• Experience with Agile or application development methodology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable GenAI and Agentic AI testing frameworks.
• Establish onshore/offshore operating models with clear engagement practices.
• Partner with offshore counterparts to evolve operating model.
• Manage AI-enabled workflows in production with stakeholders and metrics.
• Create program-level performance updates and visibility materials.
• Communicate project timelines and milestones to leadership.
• Establish governance frameworks to support prioritization and risk.
• Foster a culture of diverse perspectives and relentless improvement.
