Responsibilities

Lead strategic change initiatives from concept to post-execution measurement.
Liaise between business, technology, operations, and field service teams to deliver platform solutions.
Plan, structure, and facilitate cross-functional meetings with senior management.
Build stakeholder relationships to anticipate needs and ensure clear communication.
Oversee program milestone management, end-to-end tracking, and risk/issue escalation.
Provide SME input to embed technology solutions into platforms and operating models.
Identify critical user journeys and business processes aligned with goals.
