Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Strategy, Transformation, Consulting, Business Analysis, Product Management, Technology Delivery, or related field.
• BA/BS in a relevant field.
• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Technology teams to define requirements and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and Firm colleagues on strategic initiatives.
• Lead deliverables and manage risks across projects in Finance.
• Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Technology teams to define target-state solutions and ensure delivery.
