Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-enabled transformation in operations.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools (Copilot, agent builders, automation).
• Ability to translate complex operational workflows into AI designs.
• Experience delivering change and driving adoption in operations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in tax operations a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to map end-to-end workflows.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled process improvements.
