Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Vice President, AI Workforce Transformation Leader to architect AI-powered work redesign across a global footprint. You will drive cultural, workforce, and organizational shifts, shaping vision and operating models for human–AI teaming and scalable adoption.

The role reports to the Chief Talent & Capability Officer and the Chief Data and AI Officer, co-owning the AI workforce transformation strategy with access to roadmaps, data, and engineering resources to inform

Qualifications

• Leads workforce strategy and large-scale transformation in complex environments.
• Translates enterprise strategy into scalable work and org models.
• Designs enterprise-wide strategies connecting people, technology, and business value.
• Experience with governance, ethics, compliance, and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Shape and champion the AI-enabled job and work redesign.
• Define organizational models for human–AI collaboration.
• Lead workforce strategy for agentic AI adoption and governance.
• Develop playbooks, toolkits, and localization guidelines for global rollout.
• Set KPIs to measure value, productivity, adoption, and ROI of redesign efforts.
• Collaborate with the AI Steering Committee to guide enterprise transformation.
