Qualifications
- 7-10 years in AI enablement, marketing tech or related transformation roles.
- Fluent with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and automation.
- Strong product mindset with governance, training and adoption experience.
Responsibilities
- AI Strategy and Adoption Roadmap: build and manage the Communications AI roadmap.
- Practical Use Cases: scale value from AI-assisted workflows and agents.
- Governance and Enablement: align with security, legal and brand leads for safe tools.
- Training and Adoption: create playbooks and change enablement.
- Technology Partnership: coordinate with Tech Innovation and Operations teams.
- Impact Measurement: track adoption, quality and productivity gains.
- Vendor and AI Solutions: evaluate capabilities and enterprise-aligned opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: refine tools, workflows and standards.
