Qualifications

• Quantitative degree and 6+ years in tech product roles.
• Experience translating user requests into tech requirements using agile tools like JIRA.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery without direct authority.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and prototyping tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.

Responsabilités

• Drive cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
• Translate strategy and requirements into actionable tasks for product teams.
• Lead spec-driven delivery with high-quality requirements and rapid prototyping.
• Ensure AI-first roadmap and embed intelligent assistance.
• Maintain long-term roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Monitor roadmap progress and elevate risks.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product Owners on modernization.
• Coordinate with Program Management for status reporting.
• Provide impact analysis for end-to-end implementations.
• Manage multiple workstreams to improve outcomes.
• Present roadmaps and solutions to senior stakeholders.
