Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President for the AI Controls Enablement team within Controls Strategy & Innovation to strengthen control frameworks across AI deployments in Asset & Wealth Management.

You will report to the AI Controls Enablement program lead and collaborate with senior controls and business stakeholders. This role blends deep technical AI expertise with risk management, driving risk reviews, co-developing tools, and ensuring governance across technology and business

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in risk or control management within financial services.
• Technical AI fluency - understanding of models, limitations, and failure modes.
• Ability to translate complex AI behavior into actionable risk findings within a controls framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI tools alongside Citizen Developers and Technology, optimizing control frameworks.
• Determine the right toolset for cost-effective AI and automation solutions across tools.
• Run scenario simulations and red-team exercises; establish best practices for AI tool deployment.
• Coordinate the AI Controls Council and produce quarterly AI Controls Intelligence Reports for senior leadership.
