Qualifications

• Ten years or more leading large-scale, enterprise delivery programs.
• Proven ability to build and grow high-performing delivery teams.
• Experience driving adoption of AI-powered tooling and automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile delivery methodologies preferred.
• Deep expertise in artificial intelligence and responsible AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Define and execute the service delivery strategy within budgets and roadmaps.
• Provide executive oversight and governance across delivery standards and practices.
• Mentor and develop a team of delivery managers.
• Collaborate with business leaders to shape scope and success criteria.
• Champion AI-enabled delivery tools and modern collaboration platforms.
• Establish metrics and BI dashboards to drive decisions and improvements.
• Operate with autonomy, reporting to senior technology leadership.
