Leads end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled, data-informed technology programs, partnering with senior leaders to shape scope, manage risk, and accelerate value across Moody's global operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in technology service delivery or IT program management, leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Proven leadership in building and developing high-performing delivery teams with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise project management software, BI platforms, modern collaboration tools, and ITSM systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, able to influence senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical capability with data-driven decision-making.
• Deep expertise in AI with track record implementing AI solutions and managing AI-related risks.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Defines and executes the overall service delivery strategy, on-time and within budget.
• Oversees governance and adoption of standards and best practices.
• Builds and mentors delivery managers and elevates team capability.
• Partners with business leaders to shape program scope and success criteria.
• Manages risk, resources, and cross-program dependencies.
