Job summary

Moody's is recruiting a senior delivery leader to oversee enterprise-scale technology programs, with a focus on AI-enabled, data-informed results. You will drive strategy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration at the executive level.

The role requires leading large, complex initiatives, mentoring delivery teams, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with business objectives. A strong background in AI and governance is essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive technology or IT program management experience.
• Proven leadership in building and developing delivery teams.
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise PM software, BI/analytics platforms, collaboration tools, and ITSM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence executives and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies preferred.
• Deep expertise in AI with experience leading AI initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall service delivery strategy for enterprise programs.
• Provide executive oversight as the senior delivery governance lead.
• Mentor and lead delivery managers to elevate capability and output.
• Partner with senior business leaders to shape scope and success criteria.
• Anticipate risks and manage resources and dependencies across programs.
• Champion AI-enabled delivery tools and intelligent automation.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and enable data-informed decisions.
• Operate with autonomy while reporting to senior technology leadership.
