Job summary

Moody's seeks a seasoned VP Manager- Service Delivery to lead end-to-end enterprise technology programs with a focus on AI-enabled delivery and data-informed results. You will partner with senior leaders, set strategic direction, and drive governance across Moody's corporate platforms.

You will mentor delivery managers, align programs with business objectives, and manage risks while advancing a scalable operating model. This is a full-time role with competitive US compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in technology service delivery or IT program management.
• Proven leadership in building and developing high-performing delivery teams.
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise project management software, BI platforms, and AI-powered tooling.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive engagement.
• Strong strategic planning and analytics with data-informed decision-making.
• Deep expertise in AI with governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Defines and executes the overall service delivery strategy within time and budget.
• Builds and mentors a team of delivery managers and fosters accountability.
• Partners with senior leaders to shape program scope and success criteria.
• Manages risk, resources, and cross-program dependencies.
• Champions AI-enabled delivery tools and modern collaboration platforms.
• Establishes performance metrics and BI dashboards for scalable operations.
• Operates with autonomy reporting to senior technology leadership.
