Moody's Investors Service is seeking a senior AI-enabled software lead to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions across the business. You will own the end-to-end delivery of full-stack applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate user needs into robust technical decisions.

The role emphasizes responsible AI adoption, risk governance, and scalable architecture, with a strong focus on delivering impact at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing, building, and delivering reliable software across the full stack.
• Experience with AI workloads and production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the development of AI-powered software solutions across Moody's from discovery through production.
• Identify high-friction problems and design software solutions.
• Build full-stack applications powered by modern AI tooling, owning delivery end-to-end.
• Lead technical design and direction on projects with clear tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Spend time with end users to translate insights into product decisions.
• Ship to production and maintain quality and performance post-launch.
• Review, test, and approve code to ensure quality and consistency.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to process improvements.
