Job summary

Cordance is seeking a Vice President of Product to elevate product strategy and execution across its portfolio. You will partner with BU Presidents, Product Leaders, and Engineering teams to drive growth, retention, and long-term value, while embedding AI-native thinking across discovery, development, and go-to-market decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B SaaS product leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to product development.
• Strong understanding of SaaS economics, adoption, retention, monetization, growth.
• Experience coaching senior Product leaders and PMs.
• Experience working with CEOs, Presidents, or senior leaders.
• Technical fluency in SaaS architecture, cloud, APIs, data, platforms, scalability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU Presidents and Product Leaders to define strategy and roadmaps.
• Assess major product bets on customer value, market opportunity, and expected impact.
• Apply AI-native thinking across discovery, prototyping, validation, and development.
• Raise product capability and establish practical standards and operating rhythms across the portfolio.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Business strategy to reinforce technical decisions with customer value.
