Cordance is seeking a VP, Product to raise the quality, speed, and ambition of product development across the Cordance portfolio in the United States. You will partner with BU Presidents, Product leaders, and Engineering teams to shape strategy, roadmaps, and high-impact bets, while driving AI-native opportunities across discovery, development, and launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Presidents and product leaders to turn customer needs and market opportunities into clear strategies and roadmaps.
• Improve the quality of major product bets by assessing customer value, market opportunity, and business impact.
• Help teams identify AI-native opportunities and apply AI across discovery, development, and launch.

Qualifications:

• Significant B2B SaaS product leadership experience from concept through scale.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to product development and customer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of SaaS economics and experience working with senior business leaders.
