PointClickCare seeks a VP, Product Delivery & Growth - AI to drive go-to-market, monetization, and portfolio expansion across a multi-product suite. This remote US-based role partners with executive leadership to shape product strategy, oversee outbound Product Management, and lead transformation initiatives that accelerate growth and ARR.

You will collaborate across Sales, Revenue Operations, Pricing, and Legal, while building scalable models and ensuring strong customer and partner

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, product marketing, or growth with leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of go-to-market for multi-product portfolios and revenue outcomes.
• Experience building commercial models for SaaS/AI-enabled products and monetization.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
• Experience leading leaders and scaling teams during organizational change.
• Data-driven decision making with qualitative and quantitative signals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM strategy for the portfolio from launch through scale.
• Define growth thesis, set adoption and revenue targets with cross-functional teams.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization for AI-enabled capabilities.
• Shape portfolio direction with product management and translate feedback into roadmap.
• Build executive relationships and lead beta/co-development programs with customers.
• Lead and grow the Outbound PM function and ensure operating cadences.
