Job summary

Patch is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Product to lead AI innovation, own the product roadmap, and guide both Product and Engineering teams. You will shape the portfolio across core platform, apps, owned digital products and advertising offerings, aligning customer needs with business goals.

You will drive customer‑focused outcomes, set strategic direction, and build teams that ship meaningful products while expanding AI influence across the organization.

Qualifications

• A record of building, shipping and scaling successful digital products with clear business impact.
• Meaningful technical credibility: experience as an engineer or leading engineering teams and ability to reason about architecture and data.
• Deep fluency in Jobs to Be Done product development and ability to apply it pragmatically.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives and development for end users, customers and internal workflows.
• Define product strategy and roadmap with prioritized outcomes and trade‑offs.
• Build Jobs to Be Done practices around customer jobs, prototyping, validation and post‑launch learning.
• Oversee Patch’s digital portfolio and improve shared capabilities for faster delivery.
• Collaborate with Revenue to develop advertising and commercial products that drive growth.
• Provide strong product and engineering leadership, align the two functions, and foster talent.
