Job summary

ConnectiveRx seeks a Senior Vice President of Product Management, Awareness & Adherence Solutions to set the multi-year vision and roadmap for AI-enabled, analytics-driven product strategies in healthcare. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive growth, client engagement, and market leadership while building a scalable product organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred ( Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Business or related field ).
• Progressive product management leadership experience.
• Experience leading product teams in healthcare or digital health.
• Proven success launching and scaling enterprise healthcare solutions.
• Experience managing large product portfolios with financial accountability.
• Executive leadership experience in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate multi-year product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead growth opportunities across HCP and patient awareness, engagement, and adherence.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Build and lead a high-performing Product Management organization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into solutions.
• Define KPIs and financial targets for product adoption and revenue growth.
• Represent the organization in executive reviews and industry forums.
