Job summary

Contentstack seeks a seasoned VP, GTM Strategy & Systems to own the AI-native go-to-market operating system end to end. Reporting to the CEO, this role partners with the CRO, CMO, and CFO to translate growth strategy into data, systems, workflows, and AI-augmented processes powering our GTM organization.

This senior executive will own GTM Ops & Analytics, GTM Engineering, and GTM Apps, driving governance and scalable infrastructure across a growing enterprise SaaS.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across GTM functions within enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building and owning GTM systems, data architecture, and operating infrastructure.
• Hands-on AI and automation experience in a GTM environment with governance and data quality.
• Deep expertise in the modern GTM technology stack, especially Salesforce and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM operating system across GTM Ops & Analytics, GTM Engineering, and GTM Apps.
• Lead revenue, marketing, and partner operations including pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning.
• Build and evolve GTM architecture, process design, cadence, and AI/agent layer.
• Own GTM technology ecosystem—Salesforce, CPQ, marketing automation, integrations, and governance.
• Partner with AI and Engineering to deploy high-impact agent and workflow automation.
• Build and lead the GTM Systems organization with clear governance and accountability.
• Establish the GTM data foundation and cadence for reporting and business reviews.
• Drive GTM efficiency using AI and better systems to scale without headcount growth.
