Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a VP of GTM Operations to own the backbone of our revenue engine. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, and drive analytics, forecasting, automation, and AI-enabled workflows at scale.

You must have 10+ years in GTM or Business Ops, deep Salesforce/CPQ expertise, and a track record of executive partnership. Join a high-growth SaaS company that values intelligent systems and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTM, Revenue, or Business Operations with senior leadership experience.
• Experienced leading multi-disciplinary operations teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven analytical and forecasting rigor with executive-level reporting.
• Experience evaluating and governing emerging AI capabilities in the GTM tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM Operations function and oversee a ~10-person team across Systems, Insights, Enablement, and PMO.
• Hire and grow the team; set strategy, priorities, and cadence.
• Build analytics and forecasting layer with AI-enabled insights for forecasting and opportunity/risk identification.
• Drive AI-native operating model and intelligent workflows across the customer lifecycle.
• Direct sales compensation, quota, and territory planning with governance and alignment to objectives.
• Lead GTM enablement and adoption of new processes, tools, and AI workflows.
• Run the GTM PMO and cross-functional prioritization from concept to rollout.
• Ensure data flows from CRM to data warehouse and tools; collaborate with BI.
