Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President, Marketing AI Program Manager to orchestrate innovation across the CMO and LOBs, leading POC intake, governance, and rapid delivery. You will craft executive communications, align with Technology, Data/Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Privacy, Controls, and Risk, and drive measured progress for a scalable marketing AI program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, transformation, marketing operations or innovation with senior stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio orchestration across multiple initiatives with prioritization and delivery discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across business, technology, data and risk partners.
• Ability to translate complex AI topics into executive-ready actions.
• Experience partnering with Technology, Data/Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Privacy, Controls and Risk.
• Curiosity about emerging AI and martech trends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of AI POCs across the CMO organization and LOBs, ensuring prioritization, control gates, and delivery rigor.
• Support a standardized intake and onboarding for new POCs (use-case definition, sponsor readiness, value hypothesis, resourcing, approvals).
• Partner with Technology, Data/Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Privacy, Controls, and Risk to deliver controlled innovation and documented approvals.
• Support and serve as a point of contact within Marketing for all Sandbox activities—intake, sponsorship alignment, execution tracking, and reporting.
• Produce executive-ready updates (dashboards, decision memos, risk/issue escalations, portfolio readouts) that enable fast decisions and unblock deliver
