Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Vice President, Forward Deployed Engineering — AI to lead the creation of high-value agentic AI capabilities across our business and client ecosystem in New York. This senior role blends strategic judgment with hands-on leadership to move from experimentation to scale and impact.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, shape use cases, and oversee end-to-end delivery—from discovery and architecture to production

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in AI engineering, software engineering, technical product management, data platforms, or technology delivery.
• Proven record of building and scaling complex, customer-facing or platform capabilities from concept to sustained adoption.
• Deep fluency in software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, data systems, security, reliability, and operational delivery.
• Strong knowledge of generative and agentic AI design, including model selection, retrieval, tools, orchestration, evaluations, and guardrails.
• Excellent product judgment balancing value, viability, reliability, adoptability, and scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions from discovery to production.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and determine viable paths.
• Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams capable of rapid, high-quality execution.
• Create solutions combining models, tools, and enterprise data to solve business problems.
• Set high standards for reliability, observability, security, and operational ownership.
• Influence platform, model, and vendor strategy with real deployment data.
