HP Inc. seeks a Director of Product Ownership for Agentic AI PCs to lead the Product Owner organization, translating customer intent into agentic experiences across HP PCs and edge devices.

You will define persona, experience design, and trade-offs across device, OS, AI runtime, and services to deliver measurable customer value within device constraints. Leading the AI-enabled product roadmap, you will guide research, prototyping, acceptance criteria, and adoption measures while building

Qualifikationen

• Typically 15+ years in technology product management or related technical roles
• At least 7 years leading teams and managing managers
• Experience shipping PC/embedded-system experiences with adoption outcomes
• Experience bringing AI/ML capabilities into production products with agentic workflows
• Ability to balance trade-offs involving CPU/GPU/NPU, OS integration, memory, latency, power, privacy, and connectivity
• Proven discovery and iterative delivery across product, design, and systems engineering with evidence-based prioritization
• Ability to build global leadership teams, manage budgets and capacity, and influence executives
